 The Microarray Data Portal (MDP) is a web application designed for the annotation and analysis of microarray data. It has extensive filtering, search capabilities, and links to publicly available informatics data sources. MDP was designed and implemented at the Center for Medical Genetics at Indiana University. It is available to all persons doing microarray experiments through the center. If you are not a current user, please contact Dr. Edenberg.
