Gastrula Library Microarray

A plated library containing approximately 57,600 clones from the Zon Gastrula-stage Xenopus laevis cDNA library has been acquired as a source for a new microarray. Working through the Center for Medical Genomics, we are currently in the process of fabricating a spotted microarray containing 15,360 features (including sequenced inserts, unsequenced inserts, and controls).
